Wonderful
Good location, Excellent view from the window (AMAZING!!!). Rooms are larger than usually in Japan. Good hotel.
The personnel doesn't speak very good English. It is impossible to get an invoice/receipt for the stay. Hotel is sending to booking.com and vice versa. The selection of the breakfast is rather limited. Japanese breakfast is very good, but "american" is rather disappointing. Second service that you can ask for is only rice+miso (for Japanese breakfast) or toast (for American breakfast). If your stay in the hotel is longer a buffet would be a better option.

Perfect!
I loved this hotel. It is a large hotel that seems to specialize in events. It is in a quiet neighborhood comparatively, while still offering lots of food options and green space within walking distance. Clean, quiet, comfortable!
